    One of the screws on my Pepsi bracelet came loose, causing the watch to come apart. When it fell, it must also have lost a link component. I took it to Goldsmiths Rolex in Trafford, where I was greeted by a very welcoming gentleman who immediately made me feel at ease. He kindly booked my watch in for a complimentary repair, which was excellent service in itself. I was advised that, due to it being so close to Christmas, the watch would likely be ready in the New Year. To my surprise, I received a call the very next day to let me know that my watch had already been fixed, cleaned, and was ready for collection. The service was outstanding—very accommodating and genuinely delivered with a smile. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic: the ladies behind the counter, the technician on the phone, and the staff overall. I have purchased several pieces from this store and will absolutely continue to do so. Well done to the whole team, and apologies for not catching any names. Excellent experience all round.

    I recently visited the Goldsmiths store in Trafford Centre, Manchester, as a watch enthusiast, and I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Compared to other Cartier and Rolex stores across Europe, this one stood out for its genuine, welcoming approach. I walked in without an appointment and was warmly greeted by Chloe, who made me feel right at home. I then met the store manager Zoe who was very polite and professionalwith my questions and was very kind to my Wife she then introduced me to Jack the cartier specialist Jack was incredibly professional and helpful with my Cartier purchase, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Santos de Monaco—it’s now my favorite daily watch. Jack made the experience pressure-free and genuinely enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Dave, who assisted me on the Rolex side, answering all my questions about different models and calibers. His expertise and transparency and warmth really stood out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and im looking forward to my next visit in January

    I had an appointment scheduled with goldsmith to be added to a waiting list, and decided to visit the store a bit earlier to browse. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Deivy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He proactively consulted with specialists, brought out additional pieces for me to try, and was attentive and patient throughout. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.

    Some beautiful watches to view but the attitude of the young staff in the downstairs boutique was shocking. Stood around, playing on phones, laughing and giggling, which is fine. However upon speaking to them, I was rather miffed by the flippant, arrogant manner in which I was dealt with. Are Rolex AD staff actually TRAINED to be as such? Really, I’m curious. After being told, “I think they deal with Longines upstairs” and getting to that store, the lady I spoke with was lovely. She could do with teaching those downstairs a thing or two. She couldn’t be more helpful and she nearly made up for the previous incident. Nearly. Sorry to say my journey was fruitless, but was a learning exercise.

    Made an enquiry today and received a call from the store advising i can attend today at 7:20 pm (i was travelling from Yorkshire). Upon attending the store i was informed that nothing was in the diary (& the booking had been recorded on their diary for yesterday). I was then told that nonetheless someone will "try" and tend to me today. Awful customer service, will also advise others to query any bookings made. No apology received!!

    Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. Overall it’s been my best experience buying a watch and I am hopeful to return in the near future.

    Lovely selection of timepieces and opportunity to view and feel some of the most exclusive on hand, but for viewing Rolex timepieces I found out you should book an appointment ahead but the hosts are always welcoming and try to book one for the same day other than the weekends haha. in the appointment you always offered a great selection of drinks and a little biscuit with your tea as well as the kids on their iPads haha.
