   They sell more than just screws and they do not fix things, not even broken screws! This place will never realise it's full potential unless they change their name to something like "B&Q Catalogue of Dreams". The catalogue is laminated.

   I had “nice” experience today. I can’t be served because store has only one catalog and lady behind a counter don’t want to help me with my order because other customers waited. I think I have to big expectation to that branch.

   Unusually small queues here. It's my favourite one to go to for that reason. Also with a handful of other building suppliers in the same forecourt it's very handy. Great little bakery just around the corner for a cheeky sausage roll in the mornings too.

   Good supplier but as any large company they suffer from total inability of solving little but extremely annoying problems. I've been buying from them mini trunking for years and for years I asked them to do something about stickers that are placed on top of it and just don't come off clean. Not only that bu they put two of them in places that does not even allow me to cut them off. They could put those stickers at the bottom where they would not affect whole product but they can't be bothered to grab phone and sort it out COMMON GUYS . I'M SURE YOU CAN SORT IT OUT !!!!!
