   Total Joke...Watch out before you get caught out !! Been coming here for years, only to find out they don't even give you a Store Credit when you want to return unused, unopened items past their 30 day policy. As builders, some tasks get started later. So they need to be flexible in taking back items and allowing us to spend that money on other things we need. Staff were dismissive and careless about how to deal with it, whilst contacting Toolstation customer service is like talking to programmed robots with little to no understanding

   I had a fantastic experience at Toolstation in Colindale. The staff, especially Diya and Kishan, were incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to listen attentively to my needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The service was outstanding, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great customer service and a wide range of high-quality products. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had!

   Not surprised at all the love that Lydia gets. I'm sure all the staff are great but I was lucky to get served by her. Very helpful - took her time to answer my question in proper detail. Best service i've received out of any Toolstation.

   Awful customer service. Very rude woman. Wanted 2 heaters. I showed her what I wanted on catelog and she walked away without confirming that she's going to get it. So when she got it, I then requested for 2 and she started getting rude and so I left the place. I'm not going to pay somewhere that I'm not welcome. Disgusting customer service. Now in screwfix. Much more welcoming. They know what customer service is.

   Staff are not very attentive. 2 at the register were talking to each other about their lunch while there was a whole line of customers waiting to be served. Not happy with the service at all. Better to go screwfix next door
