   Billy at the light bulb section was a lifesaver! Not only did she help me find the right bulbs, she offered me a club card to save some money. She took time to properly guide me in selecting the perfect paint to cover my patchy walls. Her advice was spot-on, and the walls look great now. Thanks, Billy, for your excellent customer service!

   Well stocked shop but overall atrocious customer service and staff culture. Lots of insolent staff, that are cocky, lazy and don't want to help (although not all). Builder base or screwfix don't seem to have these issues, so it can be done.

   Very good customer service. Only complaint is that the toilet here is closed to customers , this toilet used to be open to customers. Sort it out ! Well stocked branch of B and Q. Big car park. Do eat at The Bridge Cafe nearby, just round the corner, turn left and left again out of the shop.

   Hi All, I just walked into B&Q Acton looking for some bags of gravel and a very helpful Rishi showed me exactly where to find it on the shelf. Then I told him what I will be using it for and he suggested that I also needed some bags of sand, he explained to me what would happen if I don’t use the sand explained a lot of things and gave me a lot of advice. He loaded all ten bags onto the trolley for me and as we were walking to the checkout another friendly colleague named Josh offered help to load all the bags in to my vehicle. I was so please and I very much appreciate their help. Superb customer service. Visit that branch if you would like to experience good customer service like I did.    traveled quite far to get an item which was showing in stock online, couldn’t find it so asked a colleague for help who offered to check the warehouse, waited around 15 minutes and he was nowhere to be seen, asked another colleague who couldn’t have been less interested who said the original would come find me, turns out when I found him he was doing another job so not only would have left us waiting and said oh yes we’ve not got it and walked off. Really bad service.
