   I ordered an architrave, it tooks 3 weeks to arrive. We needed some more architrave, so I ordered the same product again. Except this product was not the same shape as my original architrave. When I spoke to the company they informed me that the pattern has been cut differently, and they would send me a replacement. After 6 weeks of no feedback I chased with them,, they asked me to send a cut of the original architrave so they could replicate the order. I did so, which was then lost by them, then I had to send another cutting in. Then 3 weeks later after not hearing anything, I chased yet again and they informed me now that I needed to pay shipping again, despite having to pay for their minimum order amount in the first place 2 x. Waited 6 months for them to get my order correct. and it is still not correct, I still don't have my architrave. I will now initiate a chargeback via Amex. Hope you manage to get your internal systems sorted asap.

   Adam and Dave at MR Mouldings have been so incredibly helpful in helping us get the perfect finish on our home- the bead style mouldings were exactly what we were looking for and with our tight turn around, the pair helped us in a pinch get exactly what we needed and in time which is unheard of for a custom product. The quality is fantastic and for our future projects I will absolutely use them again.

   Awful service! Please avoid using unless you are prepared to wait longer than they advertise. It’s a shame, as they were used them once before and the product was OK and needed more to finish a project. Chased regularly, and finally claimed to to put on overnight service (still late). Had people lined up ready to accept and work post 9:30 and nothing!! Hopefully I receive a full refund.

   Disheartening. Would not order again. It is fairly disheartening following ample research to spend £100’s on beading, for the MR moulding team to deliver the wrong size and shape. Of course, it is our mistake to trust MR moulding and, unbeknown to our carpenter, installed the wrong product on our walls. It immediately looked out of sorts for the room. Much to my further disappointment, after the error had been raised and offer only to send some replacements to those already installed (at great expense), the team have brushed it under the carpet with ongoing silence to my outreach. I would be even more so out of pocket (re-installing and delays), thus now have effectively paid to have the wrong items on our walls. The team is non-responsive on the matter. I suspect (hope) this is an isolated incident for their operations team. Moreover, it says more about their customer service. The chap I spoke to on the phone seemed very helpful initially, thus I can only assume it’s a managerial issue. I cannot fault the quality of the actual item.

   A brilliant find when looking for something different from what you generally find in Wickes or B&Q. The showroom has plenty to view before purchase. A genuinely friendly and polite welcome, great customer service and I'm suitably impressed by the quality of the MDF skirting - will definitely use again!
