   I entrusted the Jewellery Workshop to convert our wedding bands together with some inherited jewellery into a new ring. They listened to my requests and designed a beautiful ring using the best stones from the inherited jewels and the multi coloured gold. The ring took a while to make but the end result was amazing and exceeded my expectations by some margin. Unfortunately there were some issues with sizing but nothing was too much trouble and we sat with the jeweller for over an hour whilst he made small size adjustments until I was satisfied with the fit with the promise to return if it needed to be adjusted again. Overall I cannot thank the Jewellery Workshop enough for their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

   We made our wedding rings with Laura at the jewellery workshop in July and had the best day. From the consultation to the collection of rings, customer service was excellent and we really felt like every effort was made to make the experience memorable. Laura helped throughout making sure we came away with beautiful rings whilst allowing us to feel we'd done a good portion of the work ourselves (but better!) If you're considering making your own rings, definitely come here to do it, you'll have so much fun, be at ease, and walk away with a unique and high quality jewellery and fond memories!

   I highly recommend The Jewellery Workshop in Diss. I recently went there to enquire about some pierced hoop earrings. They didn't have anything suitable in stock, but Sophie took a lot of time and trouble to source items that suited my requirements. Today I returned and was able to purchase earrings which perfectly matched what I had asked for. Sophie was extremely patient and helpful and a really lovely lady. I am very grateful to her. I met some of the other people who work there, who are equally lovely. They stock some gorgeous jewellery, much of it handmade on their premises and will definitely be my first choice when buying jewellery in the future.

   I approached the Jewellery Workshop to make a bespoke ring for me. I had a very specific design in mind and had decided to get it made for my 50th birthday. The process of meeting with Laura (the goldsmith) and seeing the ring come to life was really exciting. We had an hour's initial consultation at which I explained my ideas and Laura sketched and measured and came up with suggestions about how we could get the desired effect. I later went back to look at the gems she had sourced for my ring, she was really mindful about the saturation of the different colours involved and had made sure each stone complemented the other. The final product looks exactly as I had pictured it and I really enjoy wearing it. What a fantastic privilege to be able to have such a beautiful piece made up to one's own design and specification. My intention is to enjoy it for as long as I can before handing it down to my daughter as a treasured and unique family piece.

   I cannot recommend or praise the Jewellery Workshop highly enough. During this latest lockdown I needed a very special present which included some engraving. It was absolutely no problem for them . I collected it today and it is beautiful so many thanks to Jerome and Charlotte for going the extra mile.

   I would like to thank the Owners and Charlotte the manager of this excellent jewellers. I have had lots of repairs, alterations and items made by them. But 2day l went into the shop to sell a necklace that l bought from them in November having worn it found it was not suitable for me,so thought I would sell it as scrap(although this would have ment me losing quite a bit of money on it.) However when l explained this to the young man, he called Chatlotte to help me. I was given a full refund.l picked another chain and was given a cheque to cover the rest of the cost of the original necklace. This is amazing business practice and l can see why this jewelry shop is so popular in Diss. Thank you so much for your amazing service. I have and will continue to recommend you to anyone who needs a good honest jewellers.
