   I can’t recommend Bibs highly enough. They made both my engagement ring and wedding rings. The craftsmanship is flawless. I’ve also used their polishing and repair services and every time the work is efficient, fast and completely reliable. You cannot fault Habib and his team. They are friendly, professional, and provide a consistently excellent service. If you want a jeweller you can truly trust with your most valuable pieces, this is the place to go.

   I am extremely angry and unhappy. I brought in a ring with strong sentimental value, along with my own stones, for restructuring and cleaning. I was told it would take one week. I returned punctually, having travelled specifically for the appointment only to be told they couldn’t find my ring. That alone was deeply unsettling, and their completely uncaring attitude made it worse. Eventually, they located the ring, but it wasn’t ready. I was asked to come back later that day, which meant more time and travel. I even called ahead to confirm it would be ready, and was assured it was. When I arrived, the ring was missing one diamond. I pointed this out, and they responded with incomprehensible excuses. Either the stone I provided was lost, or if it was originally on the ring, they caused it to fall off. Either way, there is no excuse. I entrusted them with my ring and stones, and they returned it incomplete. The staff member, with a rude and dismissive attitude, took the ring to the back and returned within minutes, having added a replacement stone. This job had taken over a week, and now they managed something in one minute, unsurprisingly, the work was rough, with the setting around the stones askew and poorly finished. They were quick to take payment and disappear. I wanted to ask a few more questions, but the same unprofessional and rude man sat opposite me, refusing to engage. When I asked another staff member about the warranty, he laughed at me. I am beyond angry and not just because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness, but because something so precious to me was treated with utter disregard by these incompetents. There’s a piece of paper in the shop encouraging customers to leave a review, so here it is. I strongly advise against using this place.

   Thank you so much for my ring which arrived safely today. I am thrilled with the work done and the fit is perfect. I am sure that you deal with far more exquisite and expensive jewellery than my ring, but to me it means everything. My husband gave me the ring when our first baby was born and called it my maternity ring. That baby is turning 30 in a few weeks time so to have it back on my finger looking so good means a huge amount to me. You were professional and clear about the charges right from the start and I felt valued as a customer. I am grateful for the recommendation, received from a jewellers in Hatton Garden, to use your business.

   Trustworthy efficient kind and diligent. Every item is photographed as it’s taken in for security which is unique I believe for workshops in Hatton garden…prices are fair and transparent…a pleasure to deal with and a breeze for fine craftsmanship… highly highly recommended….

   They wanted to charge me £40 per gram for 9ct yellow gold casting (which is MORE THAN DOUBLE the spot price of 9ct gram of gold - which is approximately £17.31 today) and £75 per gram for 18ct yellow gold casting. These casting prices are so overpriced it's laughable. I won't return again because it's obvious my business isn't wanted here. But I believe in kindness and I thought it would be kind to share this information to other customers so they don't get ripped off here as well and also as a warning to staff who work here and think it's okay to take advantage of customers by charging almost double the price. I have attached a quote below of the prices (pounds) they charge per casting for yellow gold, white gold and platinum. My advice is to look for other casters and compare the prices to see how truly ridiculous these prices are. Assalamu Alaykum "akhis".
