Don’t be fooled, it’s not just a hardware shop- they have items for gifts, kitchen, garden, seasonal sections & more downstairs including Signature Homes for kitchens, building & home renovations - they did our whole living & though dining room redesign in 2020 - which we love.

   We had our bathroom installed by Coulsdon Home Hardware nearly 15 years ago and it's really stood the test of time so we decided to approach them to do a design and supply for our kitchen (the builder had already been booked to do the install which is why it was just 'design and supply') We couldn't be happier with our kitchen design. The quality is excellent, Simon was responsive when we had a few, very minor supply problems and his suggestion to add a floating oak bar was spot on as it just sets off the island perfectly and makes it a lovely space to sit and eat or work. Thank you so much!

   Geoff installed new flooring in our hallway and kitchen/dining area. I cannot recommend Geoff highly enough. Geoff worked incredibly hard and was a pleasure to have in our home. Geoff was extremely tidy and cleared up each day. Geoff was very friendly, polite and professional. We are so pleased with our new flooring, it’s perfect.

   At the end of a busy Saturday, with all staff busy unloading a delivery, I went into this shop in early May '22 looking for a specific cleaning product. The shop assistant not only showed me what they had, but stopped me spending £8 when I could spend $1.99 and get exactly what I actually needed. How very unusual these days to get such customer service! Despite the urgency of their task, I was never rushed. I will go back on the basis that real value is created by friendly, practical customer care.
