   There is no priority for those who order online and just have to collect. You’ll end up waiting in queue behind people who can’t be bothered to check their phone and make an order online and can’t decide what they want. It really defeats the point of ordering before coming as the waiting time is excessive. Avoid if you can. I use Toolstation regularly and there is always been priority for those ordering online. NOT IN THIS BRANCH. 1 star with loads of space for improvement.

   Went to Wandsworth toolstation eoith halagon heater purchased from there in December that was faulty,, was initially told they couldnt replace it as over 30 days,, Paris the supervisor who wasn't dealing with us rang Balham store to be told electrical goods came under a diffrent policy and refunded me for the heater,,, she went out of her way to help us,,, thank you, all the staff were really friendly and
