   Always have a good experience here. The service is great. Today I was served by the sweetest man named Blesson. He made my day with his big smile and genuine kindness/customer service even towards the end of the day. I dont doubt it by the consistency in good service throughout my visits but I hope your employees are taken good care of and shown the appreciation they deserve! ❤️

   Why is it that every time I go there the assistants don't have a clue what theyre doing? I tend to peer over the screen to see them misspelling whatever you've requested. It's fine that people don't know about DIY materials, but why would they be able to work at a DIY store? I'd employ fewer but more experienced staff and allow users to search for products, similar to Argos

   Very good service, especially from the assistant manager also free coffee always come to Screw Fix for our DIY top store with Parking. We also discovered they do delivery for an Extra fee, which is vital in London.

   So been here a few times now and everytime I've been in there I've got what I've needed so no complaints there. Its right around the corner from where I live too so nice and close. Staff are polite and friendly....... well all but one, some young kid with dreads and glasses. Did not smile or look like he wanted to be there, but he didn't serve me so its not gonna affect the rating
