this shop should be closed, because on the website it says it is open and when you come here it is closed..you pick up the phone and no one answers..it took two hours of my time today because it is not open, I came here and lost my time and I didn't finish my work
Terrible terrible service 1 week to respond then tells you I have a delivery call me back some other time haven’t got time to talk now and left customer 1 tiles short
Hugely disappointed that they went entirely out of their way to do everything they could to not help my disabled parents return some tiles. First they said they wouldn't take these huge heavy tiles. Then they told my parents their van broke down and would need time to wait. Then they refused to pick them up and made my parents bring them to the store. And when they did, they asked my disabled mum to help carry them back into the store. A man from another store ended up helping my mum.
Isn't any more the same name...it has a new name..."Stopps 4 Tiles"...a very friendly and helpful owner...
