    Appalling staff. Rude and scruffy. One staff wearing a jumper with only one sleeve. Other staff no uniform at all. Awful loud gangsta music blaring out the stereo. Management needs to sort their staff out as this is not acceptable in a customer service role.

    I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a tool and when I came to pick it up, they gave me equipment with lower parameters and said it was a mistake and they only have a weaker one for this price, and on the website it was something else. I feel cheated by this store and do not recommend shopping there.
