   First time using Cworkshop, my contact was Jacek. We purchased sliding doors, with bronze mirror and prestige gold frame back in Oct 2024, so a bit slow in writing this review. We are very happy with doors, been installed over a year now, had no issues with them. They work as well as when we first installed them. I requested with my order 2 additional Bronze mirrors so we could install them as header above the doors, which Jacek supplied and save us trying to match a Bronze mirror tint. It would have been helpful if they had given them a bevelled edge as they came razor sharp. Thankfully a local glass merchant was able to do that for us. The installation guide was a bit vague, my builder and myself were a bit thrown by them. Would have been handy if there was Cworkshop youtube video on best practice to install and fine tune the frames and soft closers and what to watch out for. We managed in the end through trial and error. Would have no issue purchasing from them again.

   Overall I'm very satisfied with the product and service provided by Cworkshop. I had a small home project and ordered panels from them. Online calculation and uploading of the cutting list is simple, I got instance quotation. Cutting service is very fast, my panels were ready in just 2 days. accurate. The cutting was very accurate, I'd say less than 0.1mm as I can't find out with my normal measuring tape. Customer service was great: There was a tiny manufactory defect to one of the board (not a cutting issue), response to my email and phone calls professionally and solved the issue within a couple of days. I recommend them and will come back again.

   A Great place to get materials cut, great variety of board finish material availability. Helpful staff from the forklift drivers who load the boards skilfully into the back of my van down to Lawrence who is super helpful and knowledgeable on the ordering side. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys DIY joinery ! Forgot to mention their supper intuitive easy to use website to avoid the need for project errors while also providing a transparent breakdown of cost and material % cut yield !
