Last Sunday I was in the shop and were served from very polite and knowledgeable guy. He demonstrated an incredible skills,help me with advice , it was definitely pleasure to be served like a VIP customer.
AVOID!!! Received a ticket for parking at the retail car park. A UKPC attendant sits in his car and sneakily takes pictures of your car. When you go in one of the shops he comes out and takes more pictures, then you receive a fine in the post 3 days later. AVOID!!!!!!
I collected my order from New Barnet and several days later I was sent a £100 PCN letter for using the Screwfix capark! The parking enforcement company is called UKPC. I was a loyal and repeat customer for many years but it looks like I am now taking my business to Toolstation going forward.
Great service this morning from the team in East Barnet. A small item I ordered could not be found; the store manager Nathan went out of his way to ensure I didn't leave empty handed. He found a replacement and gave it free as a goodwill gesture, seeing as it was their error and I'd made the journey. Value of item: three quid. Great service - priceless. Thank you!
We had an issue with an online order whereby Screwfix took the transaction but with no confirmation email. Courtney (the manager of the New Barnet shop) went above and beyond to help us investigate this matter and provided excellent customer service in helping us buy a new garden hose. Thank you!
Don't bother! They don't stock anything, even when the website says it's in stock, it's not!
Useless... you're better getting your supplies online, unless you want to experiment going to a shop that doesn't have a a specific yet common type of screw... And no they will try to order it for you or check if an other outlet has it in stocks.
