   Bad service, bad manager, very dirty. Silko, go to a manager named Tom, rude and dirty person. I bought a product and wanted to return it the same day of registration. The product was broken on his side. He told me it can't be returned. He said I'm a liar. The product inside the bag was not opened it was sealed. Bad manager. He told me not to come back here.

   Absolutely terrible experience.worst of any stores I've ever visited and I mean all stores in my life not just building stores..staff are rude arrogant lazy if you ask for advice on a product they look at you as if you've punched there sainted mother in the face..employers gathered around just chatting too eachother giving customers dirty looks and avoiding any kind of helpful interaction..chubby girl on til very rude another old chubby guy with long hair also rude and dismissive and a second chubby older guy arrogant and impolite...sorry selco but surely as a company you need to do something about this..I've seen multiple terrible reviews and everyone i know tells me they avoid mitcham branch..definitely will never visit again and will tell everyone I know to avoid..

   Local builders merchant. Visited here with our builder when doing some home renovations. Everyone seem to know everyone, and there is friendly banner between staff and builders. Although i never visited, there were signs for an on site cafe. Wonder if they specialise is builders Tea.

   I used Selco mitcham today, i get alot of yard sales, I went in and ordered my materials, she said I'd have to trolley out 20 bags of cement, I informed her there was a minimum of 12 for a trolley ordered, she insisted there was no limit, so we struggled with the trolley as it's maximum weight to carry was 250kg, we had 500kg, thanks selco. They were not even busy , very unhelpful branch..

   I always have a difficult time at this store, counted 10 staff and no one willing to serve me. People just walk pass, shocking. The word excuse me, peeps just doing understand. This is not my first negative experience, when you've had over a dozen negative experiences it's time to let the public know.
