   Horrible experience I had with the lady at the counter. I first came in and showed her an empty flat package of the light bulb I was looking for. She told me where to find it and I went to look for it, not with her help I managed to find it and went straight to pay at the til. Upon grabbing the package I noticed the bottom part was open and the bulb was stained with rust! I show it to her and she starts saying "no no it's not us!" Meaning? And goes on asking me to wait, I did for few second until I see her fix a screen checking upon something. I water few secondes and I asked her what was she doing? She replied again "wait" I tell her are you checking CCTV? Good luck with that. When she is done she put back the bulb inside the box and says to me you can go pick an another one. Omg it never happened to me! I was in the shop empty only her, her manager and me and I always was under her nose! But she felt the need to check the CCTV. Her manager came and she started to explain to him what happened in Indian and I spoke over her in English to make my point! By that time I already picked an another one that was open from the bottom too! I showed it to him and I said to him how iam supposed to know it's not defect? He checked it by turning it on. Anyway They were trying to blame the manufacturer..... I will never go there again I don't want to be accused or profiled.

   I highly recommend stopping by! There isn’t a thing you could want or need for your home that this shop doesn’t have. The staff are all incredibly kind, always willing to help, and are openly accepting of recommendations for stock and ways they can assist. Everything I have bought is high-quality, at amazing prices.

   They do in fact have quite literally anything you need for your household. Not only that but they will have hundreds of options for you. It’s actually insane how much they have in there. 10/10 experience. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable.

   Items are massively overpriced in this store: I bought some plastic food containers that were 50% less expensive online.I also bought a hand blender for £49.99 thinking I was buying an especially good one… only to find that online it was more than 100% (!!) cheaper (£23.99). When I returned to the shop to point this out there was no gesture of goodwill, just a lot of defensive talk re this supposedly justified price difference. I appreciate that buying something in a shop will always be a little bit more expensive than ordering it Online… however 100%+ seems excessive, and a bit of a rip-off. I will not be going to this shop again.

   Fantastic experience, amazingly kind and helpful staff. They literally have everything you need. I came with the long tube light that needed replacing, couldn't find it even on Amazon. And not only that they had exact matching length and with but also offered to dispose of the old one which I brought with me to the shop. They deserve 10 stars!

   This store has a wide range of products - mostly overpriced to reflect its 'convenience' opening hours. I purchased a cheap £19.99 toaster in October'21 and, because it's failed - tripping the circuit breaker (not a blown fuse), today April'22, I asked for a full refund. I was offered a replacement but I don't want to accept another cheap toaster that's just as likely to fail. Next stop: Westminster Trading Standards!
