Rawand was a great help. I needed a socket taken out for my shower and he got the tools and he took care of the issue in less than a minute. I got to Belsize hardware for any DIY project I have and will continue to do so!

The staff are great, friendly and very helpful. As a woman and someone with little diy experience I don’t always feel confident in hardware shops. The staff - all male - understood what I’m trying to fix, gave me alternative solutions and one suggested a very simple tool designed especially for what I was trying to fix. This ended up being a very cost effective solution which I fixed in under 10 minutes when I got back home. I felt empowered fixing up my place by myself and chuffed at saving money.
Wide range of using things, utterly professional and yet warm, friendly service. I've lived in NYC, LA and Europe and never found a nicer local hardware store. Been going for years and no reason not to continue. (The recent review is majorly at odds with my experiences over 10+ years.)
Very friendly and knowledgeable service. They seem to be very helpful towards older members of the community and other customers asking for advice. You can find everything you need. Amazon is probably cheaper but happy to support a local business.

Feel very lucky to have such a solid local hardware store! Helpful, and have a great range of products. Sure, you can save a few quid online but can’t beat convenience of walking in as soon as you need something (and having someone knowledgeable to ask). Recommended.
This is a fab new independent hardware shop, stocking a good range of items. The two gents who were working there were helpful and patient, willing to give advice while still allowing us to take the lead on our own project. Will be returning through my ongoing redecoration project.
I popped in for a lightbulb and the lovely gentleman at the front desk asked if I have a dimmer switch, when I said no, he went and got me the cheaper bulb to save me a few quid. He also helped me with advice on how to ensure the lampshade doesn’t fall off. Really lovely to have advice like this in the community and to support local businesses. Great help and a great experience!
