Felt incredibly uncomfortable shopping here. Staff followed me closely and hovered the whole time instead of offering help and giving space. It was intrusive and made me want to leave immediately. Won’t be returning — customers shouldn’t feel like suspects just for browsing Wouldn’t come here again! I’ll stick to Amazon

Expensive for what it is. I also tried to take back an item but they wouldn't accept the return because it "could" be opened - it hadn't. The thing is, it is sold this way. Luckily is was a small item, however in future, I will be heading down the road to Chris Stevens for all my hardware from now on.
