   I asked them to make me a set of three keys. One worked, another didn’t, and the third got stuck in the lock and I couldn’t get it out. I went back to have the one that didn’t work remade, and I asked for some oil and pliers to see if I could remove the one that was stuck (he looked as if he was going to charge me for that until he saw my expression and realised he ought to lend them to me). I went back home and the new key didn’t work either. I tried to remove the one that was stuck and it broke inside the lock. Out of the four keys he ended up making me, three didn’t work. His response was: “Keys are like that, I can’t guarantee them.” Let me repeat: he made four keys and three were wrong. I had to pay £100 for a locksmith because of the poor service. Nobody took responsibility. The shop itself isn’t bad, but don’t even think about getting your keys copied there.

   NOT RUDE - just different cultures. SOME people think that if you don't speak with a cockney or London accent - that you are rude. Lots of people mistake BREVITY and being CONCISE as being impolite. Not so..... Different people react & communicate in different ways. Very helpful staff. If they tell you something is coming in on X day - it is. It may be small but it's densely packed. Just ask them and they are polite and happy to help. I have been visiting their store for more than 4 years. Why would I return if I wasn't happy with the service?

   Wow this silly little place is charging over the odds for food that’s half price every where eles, the man serving asked me 4 times what do u want even tho was on the fryer, be all and end all is over priced and bog stander food u wood get anywhere for a lot less, not for me “”#ain’t paying over for that

   I really wanted to like this place - it’s convenient and local. However, I recently purchased an iPhone headphone jack here for a whopping £10 - I even had a friendly exchange with the cashier about how expensive it was - and it broke less than a month later. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the same cashier was hostile, blaming me for mistreating his item and denying that it had been less than a month, instead of acknowledging that it had clearly broken in an unreasonably short amount of time and agreeing to an exchange. For £10 they lost a local customer for life.
