It's very experience for me.some stuff is good.bt some is very bad.i am going today.one lady stuff is very bad behaviour with us.i can't how she did this.

I visited a local store at 4:30pm today hoping to use the saw mill and was told to ask the guys that do the store mill. I was told "we've cleaned it for today" I'd planned getting these materials before my job and as such come to the area and hour before hand, I figured as I needed a few cuts best come when they weren't too busy. I remembered that Croydon wasn't that much further down the road and gave them a quick call. The lady on the phone told me that provided I got there before 5:30pm they could help me. I can only say the service I received there was far beyond what I usually expect from selco. Not only did the two chaps that helped me do all my cuts with laser precision they even lifted the boards onto the trolley for me. I believe one was called mell I didn't get the other chaps name but Croydon delivered the best customer service I've received at a selco for years. It was like going to an independent merchant. Thank you guys and a merry Christmas
I had an outstanding experience with the Trades Manager Natalie Vandyke. I recently had some incorrect items delivered and when I called the store she was so helpful she listened attentively to my issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. On top of this she she also said that if I was to ever return to the store and place another order she would make sure this error did not occur again and I can confirm she is a women of her word. I went to the store to place another order and requested Natalie. She treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. What impressed me most was that she remembered our previous conversation. It’s rare to find this level of dedication these days, and it truly made me feel valued as a customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Selco’s (Natalie Vandyke) services to others and will definitely continue being a loyal customer.
Could have a better selection of tools and I didn't get everything I was looking for
Stock availability and products are pretty good however customer service is poor, only a couple of staff are very helpful, the fork lift driver in the yard is excellent but front desk are not polite, spoke to Thomas and his level of interest let alone care was very poor
A very good place to get tyres from have used many times over the years and have received a good service always.
I ordered products on saturday morning and waited in all day on Tuesday for delivery which never arrived and no one called me, I call and was told driver problems. Say they will reschedule for next day. Wednesday still no delivery, I am paying builders who are waiting for these goods to start work. No one is calling me to inform me of the changes to schedule. still waiting maybe they will call and tell me tomorrow.
Went Saturday morning wasn't to crowded. The shelf were full plenty of stock in the shop. Pretty clean a few staff present on shop floor if you need assistance. My only problem was there was only one person on the tills until someone complained as the queue was quite long.
