   Completely unprofessional and dishonest - sold me a faulty product and then refused to refund. Incredibly rude individual - avoid this shop - there are plenty of much better alternatives in the area.

   Totally agree with other poor reviews. A rip off merchant. I only use when desperate for a product. Sneaky tactics like putting an extra item on the table amongst other items which I then unwittingly paid for and then realised after I left the shop. Guy always seems grumpy too and unhelpful. Would absolutely not recommend!

   He charged me full price on an already overpriced chisel that was missing half the blade. I asked for a discount he refused. I bought it anyway because it solved an immediate problem for me. Other experiences have been similarly unrewarding. There’s another place just down the road nowadays so no need to go in!

   Terrible service. Got two keys cut which didnt work. When I returned them the shopowner refused to refund me because I hadnt brought the keys back within 24 hours. Rude, unfriendly rip off merchant who makes the rules up as he goes along.

   Avoid. Paid over the odds for something rather than buy from the internet to support my local shop. Had parts missing, so asked for a refund. Shopkeeper refused and tried to sell me the parts that were missing even though they should have been included in the first place. Rip off.
