I am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service from HIB. We bought two cabinets, and within three years, the wood has swollen and the handles have discolored. When we spoke to the store where we made the purchase, they informed us that the marble top was incorrectly sized; it should have been slightly larger, resulting in the edges extending beyond the drawers. We spent a significant amount on these cabinets, and it's absolutely shameful. When we raised our concerns, customer service claimed that we made the cabinets wet. However, they are meant to be in a bathroom, which can be humid and steamy at times. It's not like anyone is showering directly on them. They also refuse to take responsibility for providing a smaller marble top, which clearly caused the drawers to be damaged. If the correct size had been used, the water from the sink wouldn't have splashed onto the drawers like this. Also the discolouration of the handles within such a shoet time shows that it clearly is very low quality!!

Really disappointed with HiB’s customer service. The LED lighting on my Vanquish 120 mirror cabinet stopped working after only three years of light use, and I’ve been told the entire door needs to be replaced to fix it. I’ve contacted HiB several times to ask where I can source a replacement door, but I’ve had no reply. For such an expensive product, the lack of response and support is really poor. I expected much better quality and service.

Simply never buy anything from this company. I purchased a vanity in the bathroom and after three weeks, the drawers started to peel. The company that sold the item (Thorncliffs) and the manufacture refused to refund the product. I will pursue a legal remedy.

Have purchased two cabinets from HiB, both faulty and different models as well due to the first being discontinued within a year of purchasing. Light in the doors packed up after a short while and the under light sensor stopped working and light was permanently on.

I read these reviews following an issue with my Qubic 60cm Cabinet (70cmx60cm) and felt very concerned, but my experience of their customer services was fantastic. My builder took delivery and didn't check before signing. It was only weeks later we took it out to fit and saw the box had been badly damaged in transit (hole from outside all the way through) and one of the doors was completely smashed. I had ordered through Builder Depot and they were no help so I contacted HiB directly. I received a very fast response and despite the timeframe for reporting issues having passed, they offered to replace the door as a gesture of goodwill. They were efficient and helpful and the cabinet itself looks great. Thank you!

I have had this cabinet for 6 months and already one side of the LED door has faulted and no longer works. Currently going through the retailer to source repair or replacement - wish i had seen these reviews. do not buy these products - extremely poor quality. *UPDATE* I was eventually sent a replacement free of charge and the service team that handled this were super so i cant fault this. only time will tell on the product - but so far so good. updating review from 1 to 3 star

I bought a HIB mirror and it was defected from the begining. The retailer closed down due to COVID so I phoned HIB to get assitance for my father who has dementia to help him repair his mirror and they didnt care whatsoever in helping him. We spoke with James Pemberton and Keith Sheasby who didnt want to help whatsoever and were dismissive of our request to have the item at least repaired. There products are terrible and the staff are useless. We are now begining a small claims court against them. Please stay away from this company HIB. They scammed my father. Do not buy their products!

Update: Charlotte at HIB was excellent. We got the company we bought from to organise a replacement which has arrived and about to be fitted. Huge relief. Bought an integrated shaver cabinet which cost a small fortune. Electrician was fitting this and putting the screw cover on in the middle of the glass inside the cabinet which caused the mirror to crack. Customer services were unhelpful and I'm left having to buy an alternative brand to replace the whole cabinet. AVOID. Poor quality and overpriced.

DO NOT BUY from this company, their customer service is very poor. I have had a top the range Hib Cabinet for less than 18 months and already I have had to buy three sensor switches. The light panel doors keep switching on with no interaction, often at night and they cannot be turned off. I have now had to disconnect from the electricity supply and have nolight function at all. The doors are also showing signs of de-silvering, not good after only such a short time. HiB do not want to know and keep referring me to the dealer, who inturn refer me to HiB as the cabinet is longer under warranty. VERY POOR WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING.
