   Such an awful experience. The Indian guy on the till is a disaster. Went to ask him 3-4 times can you help me with finding one of item. He was simply just ignoring me. He was keep pointing it’s there it’s there. Later on another staff came to help and I figure out it was downstairs. What kind of employee you guys are hiring? No basic sense of customer service. Never coming back here again.

   Third visit this week and the service is consistently terrible. Most staff stand around the till doing nothing, avoiding eye contact and acting like customers are an inconvenience. When you ask for help, they just point somewhere instead of actually assisting. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and management seriously needs to address how unprofessional the team is here.

   Liradonna ( I think this is how you spell her name ) Liradonna were so helpful when I was choosing paint colours — they took the time to understand what I wanted and gave great advice that made the decision so much easier. Their knowledge and patience really stood out, and the end result looks amazing! It’s so nice dealing with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

   Forget the other DIY shops, this is my first point of call. Always helpful, don’t be afraid to ask questions, the team here are knowledgeable and make sure you get the right thing for the job. Price point is excellent too They work efficiently and at speed, no faffing about.

   If you want to do colour matching, Lee ( Liridona) is your person . Her customer service was top gold standard She spent 45 minutes with me, always courteous , patient and knowledgeable, as I tested a colour ( pea green ) for my bathroom. She gave me quotes on best prices, comparing designer mixes with Duluth mixes, she mixed paint and then let me test the mixed paint, drying it with a hairdryer, to check it was mixed for a perfect colour match. She was quite honestly the best assistant I have ever been served by and deserves 5 stars ⭐️ for being an absolute credit to the Leyland Camden team. Thank you Lee !

   Oliver was super patient and helpful and thanks to him I bought everything that I needed to extend the hose in my dishwasher machine. I had been to Leyland in Shaftesbury Avenue and the customer service was very poor, what a difference.
