   I rang Jewson today with a queery on my account with. I'd prepared myself firstly for a long wait on hold whilst trying to get through and then fully expecting (one I got hold of someone) not much joy at all because my experience over the years with staff at these large stores has never been great. To my shock, the call was answered within seconds by Megan Thompson on Tools Hire. I told her that my enquiry was not Tools Hire related but she insisted on helping me regardless. This shocked me because normally, I'd of been fobbed off by an employee who just doesn't care. To the contrary, she was so diligent, polite, respectful and GENUINELY wanted to please. You can tell beyond any doubt she loves her job and clearly does her very best at it. I respect this so much in a person. I never leave reviews, but she deserves it so much that I took the time out from my mega-busy day to do it because she too took her time in her very busy day to help me. She resolved my issue with my account quickly and effectively. She's truly a huge asset to the company and they're lucky to have her.

   Booked a tool hire but when it came to the day they sent the equipment to the wrong branch. Called three times and was assured someone would call me back. Nobody did... Don’t bother.

   absolutelly useless branch, went to pick up wacker plate just to be told that the person from hire department is on the road and will be back in an hour, so they cant serve me. What a nonsence, one person for the wholr branch is missing so the bussines has to ve on hold. Avoid, use hss or london hire. Shame.

   Fence panels supposed to be delivered Thursday to my daughter who is a nurse and just had heart procedure. They cost £945. They didn't arrive. Vic said his mistake and assured next day delivery. Called me 4.20pm next day, apologetic, to say lorry stuck in lane. Promised delivery 7.30-8am Saturday (today). Had paid builders from 8am to fit them for her today. No sign of them. Spoke to Les at 8.15am, who said "Oh I thought you would ring", rather rudely. Assured me they would be there in half an hour as doing paperwork, but no apology. Arrived at 9.53am. Considering my daughter lives 15 minutes from this branch I find this very a poor service !!!
