   Great customer service by the store keeper. Patiently listened to my queries, helped me pick the right locks, did not undersell or oversell, and charged very fair prices. Three things that are important to me in customer service, which this store delivered on (1) storekeeper was keen to understand my specific needs in full and displaying genuine interest (2) I did not feel rushed or that I may be wasting his time (3) body language did not suggest any assumptions about my capacity to pay. As a person of colour, the last point above is particularly important to me because very often storekeepers assume certain demographics cannot afford to pay, or that they wouldn't be interested in high end brands. So when I see a store or staff that doesn't exhibit these racist tendencies, and instead treats people of all walks of life respectfully, then I feel it must be appreciated and encouraged. It matters.
