   I don't normally go into stores like Screwfix. But I needed something today that only they could provide. Lovely experience, served by 2 friendly, polite and efficient young ladies. Happy with my purchase and my experience. Plenty of parking available as a bonus. Will definitely return again.

   Fast service and friendly staff. Convenient free parking and outside of ULEZ - check your route as part of the surrounding area is within the ULEZ zone. Suggest downloading the app as this can be used for click and collect - when arriving at the store open the app and confirm you are there and you'll get your items quicker without the queues. Majority of products are available same day, those not in stock will be able to be collected in the evening/next day. Keep an eye out for in store discounts that may not be stated on the app.

   I'm not a DIY-er, but on the rare occasions I have a go, I have always found the guys here knowledgeable and helpful and today was no exception. I arrived looking for some help with a plumbing issue, and Louis was on it from the word go. After doing a search of his systems he came up with a perfect replacement flush valve which was easy for me to fix. Thanks mate, you saved me a good few quid! Today I had to buy a couple of bits and bobs to assist in my monumental task of putting 3 shelves up. This time it was Dan who saved my bacon, ensuring I left with the right sized screws, plugs and drill bit. He was really helpful...thanks Dan!

   Never had the need to go to Screwfix before but it was great experience. Visited the Kenley store to get a broom and was served straight away by Justyna who told me it wasn’t in stock but would order it for me to arrive next day by 12pm. Went in next day and the broom was there albeit in two pieces. I asked if they could fit it together for me and they were happy to help. It’s clear they are a great and friendly team in the Kenley branch. Thank you to Justina, Callum and all the team.

   I purchased a gas soldering iron, when at the online till it suggests to buy a gas. I then find out that the gas isn't compatible and Screwfix don't even sell the gas to fill the soldering iron. So when in store I say they should sell the gas as well. But the employee told me I was looking for an argument and all I have to do is go to a convenience store and buy the gas. WHY WOUD I NEED TO GO TO TWO SHOPS TO USE ONE PRODUCT.
