I would of given 5 stars.staff friendly and helpful. But sadly trying to get in2 Wembley is nothing but miserable..
I’m really disappointed — they’ve lied to me and completely let me down! The delivery has been postponed multiple times, and every time I call, I get a different story. On Wednesday, I was told it would arrive on Friday. Friday came and no one even bothered to contact me. When I called, they said it would be Monday. Then on Monday, they told me it would actually be Tuesday. When I was on the phone, they told me the wagon was full for tomorrow — but then I heard someone in the background say, “Oh, just tell him we haven’t got a driver.” So they lie, plain and simple. And to make things worse, every time I call, they keep me on hold for half an hour before even speaking to anyone. Terrible communication and no reliability at all. I’ve lost all trust in this branch.
Realised I needed a new paint tray to complete an afternoon’s worth of decorating. Arrived at the shop door on foot at 11.55 but the “tills already shut down mate”. Thanks for the help.
A huge selection of building materials and not as expensive as they used to be, they have changed and much more competitive in the price of things. Yard service is good, not too much of a wait. The shop is well stocked, quick and easy service, easy to get to and really helpful having a merchant near the city
While variety of products is vast and usefully located at the centre of London. Good amount of products in stock for any project needs. Like other customers I found customer service rather lacking or poor. Chaps at front of desk seem offended that customers would even come in to shop as though they have been disturbed as they were having a chat amongst themselves. Therefore had to give 3 stars

Disregard towards a long term customer and money loss making delivery service. An order placed a week in advance arrives two days later. I've been a client of the Vauxhall branch for many years all went pretty smoothly except the last order. I placed the order with Darrin O'Connor a week in advance to make sure that we'll have it delivered on the day in the morning. The day comes but no order is delivered. After chasing them repeatedly over the phone in the branch, because Darrin wasn't answering his phone, they acknowledged that they have no stock hence no delivery. They promised a delivery for the following day in the morning. And it didn't happen. I started chasing them again halfway through the morning and they promised that the driver is close. I kept chasing and same reply although the time was passing. In the afternoon still no delivery until almost 3pm. By this time the work day was almost over and my team waited 2 days of work (paid in full) for this order without which the project couldn't start. Still no news from Darrin. Starting with the manager, except the usual "we do our best", there was no real action to put this straight in any way or even better to contain it before it became so worse.
