   Five stars is not enough for this gem of a shop. I needed a split pin for the wheel on my old sack trolley, I went to 3 well known hardware shops with no luck and then remembered the Hardware Shop on lower marsh se1, sure enough the charming member of staff showed me where they were, the shop was crammed full of goodies. HAPPY DAYS

   Can't recommend highly enough. Every one of the guys who works here is extremely knowledgeable about what they have in stock and always ready with helpful advice. More importantly they go above and beyond to help. I needed a 3.5cm tall rubber washer, they had 4cm ones. So they cut one down to size for me!

   You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.
