   The products seem to be of good quality, BUT... Found it difficult to get timely responses to inquiries. Was even told on one occasion that I couldn't speak to the sales team because the clerk I was dealing with wasn't in. But most importantly with a small project make sure you increase their estimate of materials required by 20% because they will absolutely screw you on charges for a supplementary delivery caused by their mis-estimation

   BE VERY CAREFUL I spent 3-4 months doing my “homework” on various products both Aluminium and Composite and I visited this companies premises to actually view the products. They “recommended” an installer who has basically messed me about for over a year with excuses and price changes start dates that never happened etc ….. and he’s “recommended” !!! Even though I thought the products were suitable the Contractor who was recommended has left a bad taste and I’m surprised he is being recommended as it reflects on the Company regardless whether their products are good or bad customer service is paramount and too many companies are happy to take your ££ without so much as any after care. The Company just say it’s a “recommended” installer you need to liase with him therefore taking away any responsibility or comeback on themselves .In short do not use a Contractor with the initials PS because I don’t believe he’s to be trusted regards the Company I never actually went ahead with them so maybe a godsend but who knows.

   Stupidly I didn’t take enough photos of the new showroom as my head was spinning at how good it looked and how good the decking looks like. What you realise when you see the decking set up that 4m per plank is a huge difference between these and the samples. This is the point I want to make, the samples are great but you do need to go to the showroom to see what it looks like at full size. We had decided at one colour from the samples, but seeing the full size we changed our minds. Highly recommend the showroom and hopefully soon will be able to recommend the decking when it’s in place at my garden.

Ava from sales department was very helpful (and very patient) :) I had to change my order couple of times and she was always happy to send me new qoutes and answers all my questions. Also warehouse collection was arranged smoothly so I didn't waste much time over there. Keep up good work...

I have used several companies for decking and cladding prior to coming across EnviroBuild, and I will not be going back to them. Lizzie and the team have been exceptional from the outset.

   Envirobuild decking is a real favourite of mine. Where I can with clients, I showcase their decking. The quality is great, the colours standout from the rest, and the sustainability factor is impressive. You can see the results in the floating bench. It was my favourite part of the garden that we designed!

   The team at EnviroBuild were really helpful, and sourced everything I needed. In particular Chris James on the sales team, who was able to answer any questions that we had, provide details on the available products and who even managed to get us a little discount. Thanks to his work we even cancelled an existing order with another company and got all we needed through one place at very competitive rates. We had great service and delivery was excellent too. We love the composite decking and joists, they are easy to cut and work with and the hidden fixings make it look amazing! We are hoping to get many years of use out of our garden now without the fear of rotting as our previous wooden deck did. Big thumbs up from us!
