   We went to this shop for a tiny but very important tool, a little key to open the gas/electric meter cupboard - after having been to all the big shops. It was found in seconds, it cost not very much, and the service we received was tremendous! Guys, I’m very grateful, you were attentive, super polite and super efficient! We left, thinking, we’ve not had service like this in years, and why can’t every visit to a shop be so amazing! Thank you very much!!!

   I have made 2 next day click and collect orders with this store and both have taken a couple of days to come into store. It’s false marketing to say free next day click and collect and for that not to be the case. The only reason why I made these orders in the first place was because I needed the order for the next day to complete a job, as a result you are better off going to wickes, or screwfix who has more stock on the shelf, as you won’t be let down.
