If I could give these no stars I would . He power showed me a DAD ring that he made and I said I liked the look of it for him to make it for me . Paid £400 and it was nothing like he showed me ! All the guy had done was order a cheap DAD ring from his jewellery catalogue and only paid £220 !!! And he pocketed the rest of my money !!! So I went down there and refused it and got my full money back even though he had a whole month to “ make this ring ! “ ! Bloody cheek and to lie to me as well !! “ Lucky I fount another reasonable jewellery shop near me and I won’t be coming back here no more

I have used The Jewellery Workshop for years whilst living in Hornchurch. I have now moved to Wickford and still travel back to get my jewellery repaired do not trust anyone else. I left 6 items to either be repaired or cleaned and I had them back within a hour. The repairs were done to an exceptional quality and the cleaning has made my jewellery look brand new. If you need a repair or cleaning I cannot recommend The Jewellery Workshop highly enough. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Thank you. You are amazing.

Completely ruined 2 rings, one of which was my grandfather's wedding ring. Left both rings for new shanks to be fitted and now my grandfather's ring is completely unrecogniseable. Received a refund for the "work" which was completed. However, David tried to keep the money for the gold he had put into the new shanks which I did accept. Took both rings to a reputable jeweller after, who stated the craftsmanship was absolutely shocking and one of the worst hes seen. The shop is refusing to compensate me and unwilling to provide me with an email address so I can have everything in written correspondence in case this issue leads to a small claims court.

My daughter took an inherited ring in to be resized - and possibly re-plated and re-engraved. The service was friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced, and the work was faultless. They gently advised against re-plating and re-engraving in order to retain the ring's worn history - even though this would have given them more business. Couldn't have been better.

Visited to have a bracelet clasp repaired. It was fixed there and then in no time at all for no charge! I wish I had some change to give as I only had card on me. Old school customer service. Very happy.

Left my late dad's sovereign ring to be repaired yesterday went to collect it this morning after calling to see if it was ready. It was stunning not only had they tightened the clips on the ring mount but they had buffed and polished the ring as well they went above and beyond I'm so pleased with it. I can now wear the ring safe in the knowledge that it's not going to fall apart thanks again for all that you did.
