   hi I was today to order some materials in the store was a guy helping me to make the order Was taking him almost 40 minutes to make the order of 5 items he wasn’t concentrating to make the order, but he was concentrating to play with his phone and chatting to the other stuff he was rude because he was concentrating texting to his phone , he make mistake on my order I don’t know his name, but I can describe him he making people running away from Selco

   All is happened on 30/05/2025 at 13.50 When I went to the cash register to make a payment, the employee named Linda asked for my customer number. I said I did not remember my number but I could give my address and company name and I did. The computer screen was facing me and when I saw my company's name, İnland Revenue, I said this is the account. Despite this, the employee said something to her colleague at the cash register next to me and that lady asked me for my address and company name again. Although everything was correct, she did not believe me and said I needed to verify it. When I asked how you were going to verify it, she said I would call. I said what are you talking about, the company is my company and phone number you going to call is in my pocket right now .Then this time she asked for my e-mail address. She forced me to tell my e-mail address in front of everyone! My e-mail is private information, she should not have asked it like this. After the e-mail inquiry, she was satisfied and told Linda to continue. This is truly a shame for you, nothing else.

   The best selco in London and the do what others don’t. June the senior sales always kind and very helpful . She take her time and try to understand the builder even most of them don’t speak engulfing even my builder. Selco should proud such an employee like her to have in the team and company . The most positive review. I would love to have my colleague work with me to be like her .

   Is have plastering in site but is not give to anyone only if you know the manager And I asking to speak with the manager and him don't want to speak with me My company is spend more then 300.000£ a year on selco I think maybe is better to change the supplier And 1 star is to much for Walthamstow selco Thanks from J.T.B.
