   To all , if you need customer service DO GO TO WICKES as it not good service , a few months ago I went into B&Q and needed a saw to cut it myself to fit in car and customer service was brilliant, all cut and place in my car , wickes told me the following “ no we don’t you will have to buy a saw “ unbelievable, and pls don’t give me the spill about health and safety, will never go there again

   Not great, no mixer machine, not much staff, they just stand around chatting and laughing.. I had to get their attention to help me! Think I'll stick to the Greenwich/ Blackheath, better staff, mixing machine and you don't need to get their attention by looking at them or shouting, helloo, is anyone working today?! Won't be going back.

   2 stars for poor customer service. I was asking for an advice and I was told to read the label of the products. Which is true...but still, doesn't take much to show a bit interest. Big fan of whickes in general but this was the last time I will use the one in catford. Very displeased with my experience.

   Customer service is shockingly bad! Messy floors, shop never fully stocked and colleagues who just don't care about customers. You have to find them to ask a questions as they gather by the tills and chat away. They never check if they have a products, they are walking talking inventory trackers - “thats a last one” Never heard hi, bye or thank you. Just bad!

   Hi guys brought some fencing panel from Wickes . Unfortunately after only 48 hours the Panels warped , and bowed . Wickes said "This is normal as it's wood" which I thought was a very poor excuse for defective, poorly made, constructed fence panels. Please Do not buy these fence panels. Please wickes don't say "Please get in touch" I DID !

   Just awful. Bathroom designer May is shockingly rude, store manager doesn’t care or even bother to return phone calls. Ended up being refunded as they were so incompetent.

   Worked with kitchen designer. Design experience was terrible. Designer fought and argued for her own ideas when we were asking for something else. Service and delivery experience was horrendous. Delivered wrong items. Missing delivery items. Pieces based on their own design didn't fit. Grateful I did not work with their installers.

   9am on a bank holiday Monday and great service all round. Returned a click and collect order within 5 minutes, bought a load of new stuff and the security guard helped with a heavy trolley.
