1. Serentious 7 ★☆☆☆☆

   Extremely disappointed by the new Wilko’s home delivery service and I would strongly encourage people to avoid. Firstly, the site is frustrating to navigate with the great majority of items being out of stock and only a limited number of pages having the option to filter to show in stock items only. Secondly, the site is extremely buggy. I found myself having to login three times in less than twenty minutes. When I went to place my order I was left with a blank white screen for over ten minutes. I didn’t receive a confirmation email and the order wasn’t showing in my account so I placed the order again. Some time later I then received two confirmation emails. When I contacted Wilko to cancel one of these orders I was told it wasn’t possible to amend the order or delivery address. This was somewhat confusing given I’d asked for cancellation rather than amendments. I was then left with all the hassle of arranging returns through their (exceptionally slow!) customer service. When the products arrived they were appallingly packaged resulting in damage. Wilko’s also won’t let you post any negative reviews on their site. Thank goodness delivery was half price so the additional cost is minimal but given you can get similar products from competitors with a much more professional service, all I can do is advise you to avoid them if at all possible. You deserve better!

   The usual things you'd expect to find in a Wilko, but less variety and selection compared to other Wilko branches I've been to. Doesn't mean I wasn't able to find what I needed almost every time though. Many items from household consumables, to DIY, kitchenware, car and bike items etc.

   This store a lot down I shop within Edmonton Green few times and payed without issues this time what a joke what has wiko down to this store and the staff as lost year Edmonton Green unit should have closed and I did know why it still doing open staff with wet faces the queue should be going around not down the middle of the Store what a nightmare that made me very confused indeed this store needs better management

   Wilkins state they are dog friendly.Beware they are not!!! Entered Edmonton Green store yesterday and got told I had to pick my dog up to shop if I wanted to do any shopping! How do they expect shoppers to do this? Have shopped in other Wilko stores with no issues. Wilko you need to change your statement that you are ONLY dog friendly if you can pick your dog up! Spent my money elsewhere you do not deserve my custom.

   Poor service. .. Waiting in the queue with a friend who has a disability, I asked the cashier, "can you please see if anyone else could serve", she responded no! I then asked to speak with a manager & only then did she request for a cashier to assist.... The queues were unnecessarily long. .. Please look into this. Thanking you in advance. .. x

   I find this store to be a fantastic place to shop. It is very handy to have a shop like this within the area I live. They have a very good range of products and and the store is very easy to navigate. The staff are all very friendly and willing to assist a person if that help is needed. I would recommend that you visit this store if you are in need of these products

   Wilko Edmonton Green is quite a large store with a good selection of Household and General products at very reasonable prices. I am especially happy with the wide selection of artists materials which are great value. Also the store team are very friendy and helpful. Even when the store is minutes from closing for the day they are very polite and ask what you are looking for in particular. Definately worth a visit to see the range and compare prices. Great Shopping Experience
