   Absolutely rubbish I went I there to order some stuff. Staff keep screaming anybor wpay orders keeps serving Internet orders and ignoring walk in customers. Served 4 people while I'm waiting. It felt like my time wasn't important never using them again...

   Got given wrong order. Means that the guy working there did not check my name vs the order note before handing it over to me . I didn't spot this mistake til i was about 5 miles away . Went back " Well that was the number you gave me..." (ie Customer was wrong ). One of the other staff thinks that customers are an inconvenience judging by how he barks at them as well. Not a nice place , will order from somewhere else next time.

   As an update, I went the following day 03.01.24 - many hours before closing time to be safe. You had my main item, thank goodness but told me that that for one of my items (ordered separately from the first item) you needed to issue a refund. Where is the item you sent me the text for to pick up? What if it was the only item, would you have compensated me for my time? Who knows what happened to this item - fell on the floor? Employee decided to buy the last one in the shop for themselves? Don't know. What is going on? Was I just lucky all of the times before when I came into your store and was met with great service?

   Went in there to pick up a item and wasn't welcoming actual or even good customer service will be going to another Screwfix next time.

   Went to get a Nest Thermostat for a new boiler. Went to screw fix Sydenham, was showing 9 in stock. Went in Semi, an employee, said the didn’t have any! So I said no bother can you check the other stores he states they didn’t have any, I informed him they all showed in stock. Anyway went to all other stores, curry’s and B&Q etc… nothing. Last resort go to another Scew fix. Called head office to check stock and they tell me to go back to Sydenham as they have confirmed it’s in stock. Got to the store, spoke to a much more helpful employee, didn’t get his name, who told me they had them and got it with in seconds. I stated him colleague had told me they didn’t have any, Semi laughed and words where exchanged “it’s must of been too early for you bro” Semi laughed, no apology. Appalling service.

   Did not have the original receipt and these 3 guys assisted to get the item refunded. They were very professional and welcoming. I live far out but just for the customer service they provided il definitely be returning. Thank you all

   Always great service and value products. They have to put up with some very challenging customers and their insane question. Some of whom don't seem to know how shops work. I think they do it well and keep their cool.
