   Great way to get all your DIY and building supplies. Located a mere 20 mins from town centre by foot or 10 mins by car. I used the click and collect service; staff were very quick and helpful. Right next door to Tool station but Screwfix were cheaper.

   I recently had a very frustrating experience with Screwfix. I purchased an item using my bank card, but was not provided with a receipt at the time of purchase. When I attempted to return the item, which is still sealed and in its original packaging, the staff refused to accept the return without the receipt. Despite having proof of purchase from my bank statement, they insisted on the receipt, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult. Their unwillingness to accommodate customers in such situations is extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and a more flexible return policy, especially when the item is clearly unused and there is proof of purchase. I will think twice before shopping at Screwfix again. Their lack of support and rigid policies do not inspire confidence or loyalty.

   Not used them before in store. Only allowed into the "front office" so ideally you know what you want before you arrive although the staff were quick to identify my requirements and sold the item quickly. The site has fairly limited parking and must be difficult to access when the Council tip queue is stretching back to Homesdale Road.
