Gravel arrived a couple of days later than expected, but the driver Shuan very kindly unloaded it at an awkward spot, and saved me a lot of time!

Bought online, was told i had to wait til item came back in stock. Ok. Did not bother to contact me when it did. only found out because I called them..Staff all sounded unhelpful on the phone. Did not get delivery tracking ( i did last time) delivery guy was nice though
I went there for post-mix, the price was ok, having an account with them saves you some money each time. I brought gravel boards via the Internet had to return them because I had ordered the wrong size. Were no problem, visited their Stafford depo to see what they had refund me and then made an new order for the right size and delivered a few days later.
Very happy. I needed to call a couple of stores, starting with East London. Always polite. Stratford (..i think it was Jamie) got me astroturf I needed, delivered next day. Very personable. Will be using TP lot more. Thanks all.
Guy in the yard was brilliant, very helpful and super fast. Although moving inside to pay for goods not so good. Loads of blokes behind the counter sitting at desks we stood at the pay desks for 5mins noone got up just ignored us. Some other guy came to counter and they served him before us. I'm a trade customer wasnt impressed the little one at plaistow does a better job.... Hopefully they iron out the creases......
