He went above and beyond to assist me, pulling out all the stops to help secure discounts and ensure I got the best value possible. His product knowledge, professionalism, and can-do attitude were genuinely impressive. The entire team at this branch is fantastic, always smiling, polite, and incredibly friendly. It’s rare to find such consistent and genuine customer service these days, but the Bow team absolutely delivers. Highly recommend this branch whether you’re a tradesperson or just doing DIY, you’ll be looked after properly. Huge thanks again to Spha and the team!

   Well... it says here that the shop is open till 21.00 was there at 17.02 and walked in without a problem, the door was wide open. and someone shouted while i was wondering "we are close". Would be nice if you put the hours right.

   Only screwfix I use daily basis is bow . I don't mind if all the brnach close but not this branch. I had good customer service today the both girls were lovely, supportive and really helpful. One of the best reason for this screwfix is free parking and plenty of them also there all the store we need for work purposes. I would love to see them always there .
