   Usually Screwfix customer service is exceptional but at this branch the standard fell short. The member of staff serving me was excruciatingly slow, not just with the speed of service but communication too. It was either too early for her or she just didn't want to be there. I witnessed three transactions and was embarrassed to be present for all of them. It's very unusual to arrive at a Screwfix counter and for staff to be absent for such a long period. Service refresher courses need here I think.

   Rude and Rubbish service. Went in there to buy some bits and 10 minutes before closure and they were rushing and very rude. Then ordered to pay demanded card payment saying he put away the cash. Had to leave the bits and walk. Absolute joke tills are done after the store closes not 10 minutes before.

   Ordered an item online and received a text message confirming that it has been sent to the store for collection, on the specified date I did not receive a text and called the branch to check what is happening and they advised me then that they don’t have the item in stock. I spoke to 2 different people one of which was very professional, calm and looking to assist me however the other person - male, was moaning and behaving like a child - I honestly hope that he gets fired as he obviously does not want to do his job.

I did a big refurbishment work on my purchased house, this branch's good work helped me through the difficult time because every time when I went there I could feel as I am talking to old friends. its very much appreciated!!

   Awful service. Long queues with wait times in excess of 10 minutes for click and collect order. Literally no one serving at the till due to 'staff shortages'. Rude staff. Do not recommend. If there are staff shortages may be they should let customers when placing orders. It would have been quicker for me to have gone to the Edmonton store who have great customer service.
