I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received at Screwfix. One of the staff members, Tanya was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to understand what I needed and gave excellent advice. It really made the experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service—thank you!
I called into my local Edmonton screwfix to purchase the titan log splitter, luckily it was in stock. The splitter is very heavy so one of the staff said go around the back and we will help you load it into my car boot which they did. I have assembled it and it works very well and in operation is very quiet. I'm very greatfull for the halp I was giver by the staff. Excellent service, thank you.
Unfortunately, the Store Manager is racist unhelpful. I am very disappointed. Incompetent, stubborn, limited use of the brain. The rest of the staff were amazing and helpful. Due to this manager, this branch loses its customers. The customer service on the phone was unable to help. They themselves understood that this manager has a thinking problem and is unable to understand what I am saying

Staff are amazing, very knowledgeable. Store adhering to covid restrictions and have hand sanitisation and adequate spacing. Have parking reserved for customers which is handy
