    The staff here were extremely helpful and went really far out of their way to help me out. I was having issues with my payment and the gent helping me was extremely patient and let me try lots of different ways to pay, which took over 30 mins. Eventually, I had to concede and had to leave and return with the relevant docs and they had everything set aside for me waiting. Please don’t let computers take over, because they’ll never be as patient and will never be able to tailor the customer experience the way people can. These guys were awesome.

    Rude staff (aside from Alex) obviously understandable as I can imagine they aren't paid for the knowledge they are expected to have. Tried to enquire about stock online, phone was not answered, then went in and asked three staff one question, all had different answers, of varying levels unhelpfulness then was finally helped by Alex. No way to order stock into the store or directly to home it seems, a shame as I'd much prefer to order in person than via an online conglomerate

    Excellent customer service from Jane; I had to return a gift and she was patient and polite, and she and her colleague spent time helping me find a suitable replacement. Overall great experience!

    Today, I went to Currys with my wife to buy a television. I found a TV priced at Β£379 and wanted to pay Β£110 upfront and pay the rest in 12 monthly installments. Before starting the process, I specifically asked, β€œDo you do a hard credit check?” and said that if they did, I would prefer to pay in full. The new employee, Briana, told me β€œNo, we don’t.” During the process, I noticed she entered many of my details incorrectly and I had to correct them several times. Despite that, I’m sure some of the information remained wrong. As a result, my credit application was declined. After that, I personally went to the support section to explain the situation. There, I spoke with an employee whose name I learned from the manager as Odem (or possibly Oddy). He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The person who claimed to be the manager handled the situation with complete disrespect, saying things like β€œSomeone got declined and lost 1% of their credit score, don’t exaggerate,” in a sarcastic and careless tone. Honestly, I have never seen such a disorganized, irresponsible, and unprofessional store in my life. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day β€” we all do β€” but this branch clearly has a serious lack of supervision and discipline. The employees seem to be left unsupervised and have no sense of customer service. This was my first time trying to shop at Currys, but it will definitely be my last. What a complete disappointment.

    Purchased a tumble dryer that stopped working and manufacturer was proving unhelpful and impossible to communicate with. Had to go into the store in Friern Bridge retail park to get help. The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. I would like to give praise to Jane, Bart and Arian for their time as well. Thank you

    Absolutely disgusting service at this store. You have hundreds of electronic and a few people working at the store who are never available. By the time they approach you, honestly they know 0 knowledge about any electronic at their store. When I asked what is the difference between QLED and OLED the guy was mumbling absolutely garbage. Also, they have on display item that are not in the store which is ridiculous for example the A320 side stick. It has been on display for approximately 2 years and I am not exaggerating. I know I can get it from Amazon but pretty annoying to see the same item and never in stock.

    Currys is a lovely store for all your gadgets, I love their warranty policy as I needed to return my laptop and get it repaired free of charge since I got it just a few months ago. The staff was friendly and attended to my needs so I recommend Currys for all your go-to needs.

    This seems to be the only way to let the staff know that I am very grateful for the help they gave me today and earlier this week. I was struggling with my requirements when buying a laptop, sorting out Ethernet connection and printer. The sales staff and technical staff were patient and helpful. Their jobs are not easy and I wish I could give praise to their manager. Thank you all three for your help.

    Had a great experience with Mithen on getting a refund. Happy to help to arrange my refund. Shame Curry's make you arrange a collection from home not exactly environmentally friendly given I was already in store. Only wish all staff were as helpful but Curry's do really need to look at their policies and processes to make the customers life easier.
