   The trade counter is very very slow, waiting for very long for checking one of the item price is different 20 days ago I bought it now the price is higher and after waiting very long time, he come says yes, maybe the price is gone up this is the price now. west of time waiting and no any kindness to treading a customer. No interesting to give business again.

   A huge thanks to Jay and everyone at the Orpington branch. The ladies were so helpful with my questions and then Jay went out of his way to cut endless boards of T&G. Nothing seemed to much trouble. And they were all so friendly with my dog who lapped up the attention.

He took the time to talk me through my various options, offered to put aside the item and explained that I could get free delivery. It was such a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

   Terrible service. I have ordered MDF sheets and 14m of skirting boards. The driver dropped the mdf sheet on our plants, did not care to apologize, nothing. 2 of the skirting boards were of very bad quality so I emailed couple of times to return it. No answer. I called 4 times, each time being told it will be picked up, never was. Still waiting for the boards to be picked up and I refunded.

   wery helpful staff. I couldn't find parts for kitchen, but they found handles for me, and gide me where I can find plinth to complete kitchen. 2 weeks I been trying to sort this in other stor, and done there in 10 min.
