   Ordered a part last week. Was told we would get a message when in stock. Didn't. Went to see if it was there. The man took the receipt went to the back of store almost threw it at us & said there you go & walked off. Rude.

   Only criticism here is the long wait to be seen but I guess I was just maybe unlucky as it was a busy time although there seemed to be a lot of staff not serving or helping. But when we did get service the sales person was helpful and got us the right item needed so a good conclusion.

   I always feel like I'm being served in a local shop. Today I went and my click and collect order had gone badly wrong and not arrived and I had received no notification which was disappointing. The deputy manager was super apologetic and offered customer service that I honestly struggle to find anyone even in higher end retail. Oh and the staff are always will to help and get stuff for you to check.

   Paid for order, was then told part of the order was out of stock, couldn't get a refund, had to go to another branch, pay again for the missing parts then wait 12 hours to get a refund from head office. Absolutely disgusting service, will only go back there if im desperate.
