Was looking for a few basic bolts for my TV and couldn't find them anywhere. Walked in to this shop and even though they were so busy and had loads of customers, they still had the time to help me find what I needed. Went to the till to pay £1.something with a large note and the brother at the till was even like "don't worry about it." I still paid, but this level of customer care and service is so uncommon. 10 out of 5 stars would recommend.
