   Had a positive experience with these guys, after searching for days for a specific item which most places were giving 2 week+ lead times these guys were the only place that had what I was looking for available to pick up same day, the 55 minute drive was definitely worth it, the gentleman behind the counter was even able to advise me on how I could plug a 21.5mm Overflow pipe (Flomasta do not make these) and had the part available

   What a great local shop! We had a bit of a disaster on a Saturday evening as our shower tap broke. When we arrived at the shop there was a local power cut and the shop had no electricity. Despite this, the guys helped us out and found us the necessary part in the shine of a torch and we were able to fix our tap. A big thank you to the team for the professional help and kindness! We will definitely be back and recommend!

   Avoid!!! Ebay purchase was sent wrong, seller asked for pictures, 5 were sent and will not answer emails or make contact now. No replacement of goods, should have read other's negative reviews about bad experiences with this company.. Ebay resolution involved!!

   I hate to leave bad reviews but the owner of this place is just not friendly, not helpful and is really hard to talk to. I walked in today and he was yelling at his staff (who, by the way, are really nice people). Poor guys have to work for that Scrooge sitting by the cash register. There are so many other nice, local and helpful hardware shops (a few across the road, one on a corner diagonally across the street. Smaller but have everything, cost less and the owner and staff is way nicer there), you don't need to go to this one. Spare yourself a headache and bad service. I am a firm believer of supporting the local shops, but definitely not this one. Will never go back.

   Absolutely inefficient - like most letting agents they are all poor at day to day admin. I let my property out through them and have also been a guarantor for someone. The sale staff are excellent but back office admin seriously poor and wouldnt recommend them at all! Good luck if you decide otherwise you were warned.
