Very rude and unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t recommend if other options are available for parcel handling.
Would advise to anyone not to use this for Yodel package, rude and no customer service at all. When asked if I should leave the parcel on the counter with others the person service just said 'No, green bag' and pointed at a bag elsewhere. Again, would not use this place again, really need to learn some manners and basic service.
Really smashing local news and vape shop . I collect my Amazon parcels from them, and they are very patient and kind. One of the few newsagents left in the centre of Chester.
When I accidentally left my phone behind, for anyone to take, instead of just keeping it (where none would be the wiser) they kept it in a safe place and told us where to go immediately when we called! Brilliant people

Asked the guy a simple question about a Paypoint as displayed, he didn't even turn around or make eye contact, very rude & said "we are not doing that today" ? Will not be going there again or buying anything, very arrogant .......
Newsagents with friendly staff, sells lots of variety of things. They have a section for souvenirs and Chester postcards. They also stock mobile accessories which is handy. This is a convenient and helpful newsagent in town centre.
