   I have been a customer of Lowden for a year or so (since I moved to the area) and their service is great. Very helpful sales team always on hand to help via WhatsApp with very quick responses. I have had several deliveries from them and was very happy with the service, including a last minute order yesterday with works ongoing and limited time - lifesaving to complete the works on time. Thank you, Lowden, for being a great local business.

   Im building an extension and I was trying to support this local business and it turns out it’s Impossible to rely upon them! Materials are sold and not in stock and if you are planning ahead to get a delivery, they send the wrong goods. The result was I’ve lost days of money on tradesmen and pushed back the schedule! I had enough! It’s ok if you need a some screws or a bag of sand but I would recommend to anyone to get your material supplied by a reputable and reliable company.

Have had three deliveries so far and was very happy with the placement on my materials by the means of a crane mounted lorry.    Order timber earlier morning, ask them if could be delivered on same day, and they sayed to me around lunchtime would be with me...till 2 oclck nothing arrived I gave them a call and the guys say to me they loading it now....untill 4 nothing arrived. .then I received a call saying they don't have the material I order in stock...what a Rubish service ...could not the guys check the stock earlier, just a big liars sayed to me they loading it now, 2 hour's later they won't have it in store.....very disappointed... wont go back again....
