Quite possibly the worst b and q I've ever been in ( not deserving capital letters). Didn't have what I went mainly to get, only one till working with the most unhelpful 'volunteer' ( surely this person wasn't getting paid), who made me go all the back to the timber section because the barcode on the bit of skirting I thought would come in handy wouldn't scan, then when I eventually got back there were ten people in front of me whilst the other staff had a good chat rather than open another till or fix the temperamental self scan contraption ( its like being back in the 90s and reminds of the IT set-up we had at school). The way things are going I'll expect b and q to be following Poundland on a little holiday. As a positive note the store was nice and clean, probably because everyone avoids it and goes somewhere else and I didn't get collared by a desperate person trying to convince me to buy double glazing on the way out which is a definite plus, I can't think of a more soul destroying job than trying to sell people windows at a DIY place, bit like going to a church on Sunday and trying to convince people to become a believer.... No photos taken, I want to forget the whole visit but the person who tried to 'serve' me at the 'till' did look like the lead singer from Slade, maybe they are getting ready for the Christmas tree rush early...

Came for ex-display Xmas light. Wait for quite a long time for the staff to untangle the light and put it in the box for us only to find out that they don't give any discount for ex-display light at all! This make absolutely no sense because we cannot return exdisplay stuff and it's already been used for who knows how long. Such a waste or time.

I came here today and was served by Georgia. Her knowledge on all the paints, different brands and helping us with the perfect shade was fantastic. Georgia and her colleague Charlie had so much patience. If your looking to get the right shades for your home, I highly recommend coming here to get great advice. 5 star service all round.

Have shopped here for years, and previously would agree with many other reviews about slow and rude staff. When shopping here recently, it seems they have hired a couple of young ladies who are very helpful and polite. I was pushing my trolley with paint in, and a lid came off spilling paint all over the floor. The girl who helped was very professional and friendly. The other girl tends to the checkouts, she always has a very upbeat attitude and is eager to help.

A handy place to pick up all your DIY needs. They have most items, but not as many as the larger store in Greenwich.

The worst has experience of my life spent nearly £20,000 on kitchen and bathroom told me it was going to be delivered end of September.2022 Never got the rest of the delivery until February 2023. Half of the stuff still hasn’t turned up only been refunded for stuff which I had brought back still owed around £500. Would not recommend anybody to use the store as the staff do not know what they are doing. Glad to take your money and tell you lies.
