   Appalling customer service. Sold a toilet that had been returned and assured that it was in perfect condition but parts had been taken out and caused a flood. Customer service not accepting responsibility.

   Very quick click and collect. But by god how has a Wickes not got its own allocated parking area (atleast for it's opening hours), when there is a PureGym next door to it that absolutely mobs the car park, and you struggle to get even a MWB van around the cars, let alone a LWB or Luton, and find space to load them in too

   Co-ordination team couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery, my dad had to organise everything with installers. They failed to remove a contact number from their system which meant missed delivery and constant calls and messages whilst I was about to go into labour despite being asked on multiple occasions to remove it. The installer ruined my worktop and other parts of the kitchen, I have been trying to get this resolved since the end of March and got nowhere. Finally I asked for details on how to raise a complaint and the adviser ignored my request and just said they were extremely busy which is something you can’t do.This company has caused me nothing but stress!!!

   The staff were amazing in helping me when I was in a bit of a bind with a flat car battery. They helped me to locate the jump cables in store. Kyle then helped me jump start my car! Amazing customer service and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

   Never answer the phone - Tried calling to cancel an appointment, call rang and rang for over 4 minutes, I was then told by a recorded message, that there was no one to answer my call and goodbye. I won’t be calling again and therefore will not turn up for the appointment.

   Do not shop at this store! Bought 6 OSB loft panels a few days ago. Wasn’t given a receipt and started to walk out. After realising i wasn’t given a receipt I walked back into the store to be told it was to late to give receipts as the order had been processed and they had served other customers. Darren told me it didn’t matter if I didn’t have a receipt as long as I had a bank receipt of which I had. I showed them this when I returned back to the store 2 days later for a refund after not needing the items. I was then told by the store manager Damien (who I have to say was incredibly rude) that it was my fault not to get a receipt even though I had tried and was told I didn’t need one. Yes I should have gone with my gut and insisted I got a receipt but we’re talking seconds after the transaction was made I asked for one. Darren also shouldn’t of said I didn’t need a receipt in order to get a refund. I’m escalating this now with wickes due to the extremely poor service.
