   Service good there, good range. But the car par which isn't in their control is awful. It's can take up to 45 mins just to get out. Any incidents on A13 and you'd be stuck for hours.

   Entered selco and asked a staff member for help and she turned her back and replied. Very rude staff. Then came to the counter to ask a question, the same lady with blonde messy hair with an accent (didn’t catch her name) responded in a very rude manner and said ‘how would i know’ and said some very unprofessional things. She then stormed off and left the till so another lady came and served us and she was amazing also didn’t catch her name but she tried her very best to help. Due to this I will never be returning back to selco and I am a very regular customer I will be sticking to wicks where their service is much better.

   I was not happy with the delivery from my local Selco. My builder insisted me to go to beckton branch. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Joanneh, a beautiful lady with a beautiful heart was so patient with the builder even i hardly understand him. people like her should be there in all customer service departments.

   Visited this store for the first time as needed to buy caps for sealant tubes. The friendly lady at the front desk was super helpful. Even though they didn’t have the caps, she provided a solution. Great customer service!

   Went for a few times and this store has very great customer service. Staff are always friendly to help looking for products whenever I asked. Especially would like to thank Sid for answering all our questions patiently and sorting out delivery quickly in our last visit.

   Very professional and kind staff at Becton branch. Came to store on Tuesday 5pm to get bigger quantity of wood for a customer. Next day 10 am already at my doorstep all delivered, driver was helpful enough to unload it for me as well, couldn’t be happier with Bradley’s service and knowledge about the product in store same as great help in the tills by the sale team. I have been using this branch for past year and never had issues with anything, all staff is a good cooperative team from my point of view. Well done Selco Becton!

   Thank you Selco Beckton for a consistent optimistic attitude. When I first came in to buy a variety of materials of which I did not have much knowledge on but all the staff are very knowledgeable and are keen to help. A particular shout out to Syeed and Darshaan, aka Ash, they both helped immeasurably each time I visited the store and over the phone. They are a great asset at Selco. To anyone who wants to buy and needs assistance in what materials to buy then I strongly recommend Selco Beckton branch.

   I had a really bad shopping experience at selco in Beckton today.After buying a toilet pipe and paid for it. I was stopped by the security guard when I was walking towards the exit. He took out the pipe from my pushchair .said to me: you haven’t pay for it. And keep looking at my underneath pushchair. I showed him my shopping receipt. He just said: You paid for it! I feel that human rights have been violated. Without confirmation, he directly regarded me as a thief. I'm really sad.
